Tech Software marries software industry leaders with a team of industry insiders including compliance committee administrators, research coordinators and program directors.
Sr. VP and Managing Director
Walden has over 30 years’ experience delivering enterprise solutions in the healthcare, financial services, and distribution industries. Today he spends most of his (non-management) time working with clients to deliver secure, reliable, user-friendly solutions to their research and healthcare needs.
He is member of the Hofstra University Computer Science Industry Advisory Board, the New York Institute of Technology Co-Op Advisory Board, a member of OMG’s Cloud Standards’ Healthcare and Practical Guide working groups, and a member of the Long Island Software and Technology Network board of directors. He is also a regular speaker at local and national user groups and conferences.
Walden attended Clarkson University where, other than things academic, he learned that Division 1 hockey is better enjoyed from the stands, water freezes at a temperature that isn’t all that cold after all, and you can meet your wife in college. When not doing geeky computer things, Walden enjoys getting mud on his Jeep, photography, whisk(e)y, and watching the Silver Arrows lap the rest of the field in F1. The proud father of two girls and one boy he is extremely happy he has an office to escape to each morning.
Senior Vice President
The most consistent part of Ari Samson’s career has been learning new businesses and processes for each new client. Ari has been with Tech Software since its inception. As Senior Vice-President overseeing support and implementation and the OneAegis Product Manager, he is involved in every aspect of product development.
He has worked with every type of client including city, state and federal government, commercial and institutional clients. He strives to make certain that every implementation is a success as the team works to educate, support and transition users to OneAegis (f/k/a IRBManager).
Ari holds a Management Information Systems Degree from Clarkson University and led to various roles with Tech Software prior to the development of OneAegis. He has consulted with major financial management systems including Western Union’s money transfer system as well as various other systems for institutional clients including the United Federation of Teachers welfare benefit systems, construction estimating and billing systems, and large-scale warehousing and branch replenishment systems.
Director of Sales
Janet has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing of software in a range of industry. A partner in an international sales and marketing company for technical software for over 15 years, Janet came to Tech Software in 2016 and oversees outreach to introduce our OneAegis and other software offerings to organizations and supports existing clients in expanding their use of OneAegis to other areas.
A graduate of Portland State University, Janet earned not only a Business Administration degree in Marketing, but also a degree in Dance and performed with the local modern dance company for 5 years. Living in the outdoor wonderland of Central Oregon, Janet enthusiastically plays on the frozen and liquid versions of water as well as the many surfaces of terra firma.
Matthew has been helping deliver software solutions to enterprises in the telecommunications, broadcast, non-profit and healthcare industries for over 25 years. In more than 15 years with Tech Software, he has worked closely with customers to tailor secure and reliable applications which meet their specific business needs.
A survivor of the University of Cambridge, Matthew graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physics and a clear conviction that, contrary to what scholastic and family advisors had all told him, it was in computing rather than physics that his future lay. When away from the keyboard, he greatly enjoys sampling the live music offerings of the New York metro area and sometimes beyond.
